    Floppy Disc Problem

I have a hard drive that wont boot for some reason. I have a bootable program that may gave me a chance to fix it. But i need a floppy disc to boot up thew program. But my FDD wont work :S

I uninstalled it, and installed it again, but still, it says no Floppy Disc in drive? all the wires are connected up correctly, and the drivers are ok...

Any ideas as to whtas wrong with it? (Apart from Floppys been so last week )

    Re: Floppy Disc Problem

Do you have the ribbon connected the correct way round, if the floppy light is on permanent then sure fire sign of ribbon wrongly connected
