if it started happening after you flashed the bios, you can try clearing the cmos then setting it up again, but it really sounds more like hardware to me.

Yea thats what im thinking. I'm going to replace the
PSU and see what effect that has.

Why not try the delayed reset on power on mod that I linked, it might save you a few bob u know...

The power supply has run in that system for 2 years and its been fine. No recent (;ast 6 months) changes to the system

I'm only thinking of saving you a bit of cash, that's all, I think it's a bit silly spending £60+ on a PSU when something that'll cost very little will probably solve your problem.
