    New X-Fi drivers for vista/XP 14-march

    Hey guys, had a quick look round creative and guess what a new x-fi driver!!!

    that looks like the same file that was the beta, i installed it as the beta and it had a known bug with rear speaker volume not working. thats still in the release today, i also couldnt uninstall without getting a BSOD on restart until i used guru3d.com's driver cleaner..

    so be carefull unless you really need the fix's listed.

    Sounds like a typical Creative driver then GoNz0

    Will this finally fix the SCP (snap crackle pop) effect I wonder?! My xfi is sat in it's electrostatic wrapper in a drawer, probably never to be used again, what a total waste of money.
    I was obviously brainwashed into SB products years ago when I spent £70 on a soundblaster 16 for my 486 66Mhz!

    I get the rear speaker thing on drivers, uninstall, reinstall fixes that, in which case the driver fixes.........?
