Inadequate PSU?

I have an SN41G2 shuttle here with a barton 2500+, a DVDRW (swapping it for the new 8x one soon), a radeon 9700pro, and a 200gb hdd.

Now I want to add a 250gb and a 160gb hdd to it aswell as a DVB-C TV card, but I'm not sure if the whole lot will just blow up or not. Any ideas if the standard PSU will cope with all of that or will I be needing to buy a new more beefy PSU, and if so, where?

Fitting 3 HDDs to a shuttle unless there going externally is almost impossible.

If your only fitting two and taking out your current then all will be fine, if you filled every standard slot the PSU has been designed to cope with that!

hehehe no I was planning on going for 3 hdds plus a dvdrw, and I did do it before using meccano as there is just enough space underneath the drive cage and above the memory and northbridge to squeeze an extra cheeky drive in there

I now have a 250W SilentX PSU for it and think I might just stick to a 200 and 250gb hdd for now as the poor shuttle really is stuffed full already

2 hardrives is doable but the heat buildup between the drives is astonishing,i aggree with unreal,3 hardrives would be overkill for this little box to cope with as it wasnt designed for it.
with 3 hardrives ide be supprised if you didnt have some temp issues being so close to ram etc (i "had" 2 in mine so i can imagine 3) and unless you have some custom cooling method itle only be a matter of time (unless the covers off all day) before the case cover fused to the chassis with heat lol.
