    SD37P2 and WD Raptor WD1500ADFD

    Hi all,

Dose anyone have 2 x WD1500ADFD Raptors running in raid, on a SD37P2. I am thinking of adding two to my rig but not sure if the PSU can handle 2 of those drives.

    My SD27P2 currently has

    4 x Kington 1Gig 667 Ram
    2 x Seagate SATA 160gig (in Raid)
    1 x Core2Duo 6600
    1 x ATI 2900 1Gig
    1 x Floppy / Card reader
    1 x DVD writer

So do you think replacing the 2 x Seagate with 2 x WD Raptors will push it over the egde ?

    It'll work perfectly

400W is a lot of power to go around and you don't have a particularly demanding system either.
