    As I have the same WD, I can only come to the conclusion that as others have said, the Vista BMs are useless. Actually from the speed with which they come up with numbers I don't think they are BMs at all, but some sort of database lookup. No doubt some scores are down to them incorrectly recognizing some parts.

    Vista Scoring is for people who buy PC's at PC World. They go "oh wow, it scores a 5.5! That means it's pretty damn good!" Or "Oh, it scores a 4.0, thats still pretty good".
    We all know if we have built our own computer and get anything less than a 5.3, we die a little inside. No matter how pointless the scoring system is.

    Yea im the die inside one lol definitely not the pc world one! I'd rather die! They only thing i buy from pc world is keyboards and mice lol
