Hello!
I've been running my E6750 at 3.2GHz (8x400MHz) for about 7 months now and getting decent temps with an AC7 of around mid-high 20's when idle (while being silent!).
But was just having a look at CPU-Z and it reports the voltage as being 1.392, is this normal?
I have all the voltage settings on auto in the BIOS (ASUS P5K).

That voltage is fine, it's not too high and your cooling seems to be keeping it happy.
It is a bit higher than I'd have it but since it's been running OK for a while on auto best keep it that way.
Was just a bit worried about life expectancy of the chip (need it until Nehalem) and I could decrease temps a bit by lowering the voltage?
I have the machine on pretty much 24/7.

Not a thing to worry about, life span isn't going to change.
You could reduce the voltage if you really wanted to, but since temps are good and the fan is quiet then there is little point doing so.
