    Hey

    Hey

I was wondering if anyone on these forum have, or are using IDE to Sata2 converters? The reason am asking is, when I get my new case, I don want IDE cables running all over the place and making it look at mess so figured id get some Sata cables, if I can find an IDE - Sata 2 converter.

    Thanks in advance

    Re: Hey

My old computer with an Abit IC7-G motherboard was using an IDE to SATA convertor that came free with the board. So they do exist!

    Re: Hey

That does help, it is the kind of thing am looking for, now only if they made them smaller.

    Thanks

    Re: Hey

One thing to note with these is I think each one needs power and they normally utilise the floppy power connectors.
