Overclocking 7800gt with Riva Tuner???

I installed Riva Tuner to try and overclock my 7800gt. However i am having some trouble, it says the graphics card is there but it does not register anything with it. It says there is no clock speeds, and all settings are locked saying they are determined by VGA bios. any ideas how to sort it out? i am running vista 64bit

tried restarting?
my PC said that but i restarted and everything worked fine.

Its also saying it cannot load rivatunersys32.sys driver but it is in there... and i did try restarting didn't work :S

it could be a problem with 64bit Vista.. i run 32bit you see.
tried googling the problem?

It says it is vista 64 compatible.... hmm... it must be something about the adminstrative rights... from what i can see though i have enabled myself rights to rivatuner
