    Anyone tried this cooler?

Hi need a low profile cooler for microATX case

Was considering Gigabyte G-Power BL Heat Pipe CPU Cooler Blue LED for cooling a Intel Core 2 Duo, E8190, Wolfdale Core, S775, 2.66 GHz when it arrives.

Would this be a good solution?

well it looks like a decent cooler..
have a look at some of the reviews on the internet, there must be some somewhere..

edit: i was actually going to recommend that cooler above but i couldn't remember its name..
would definately rather go for the Scythe..

If you've got enough space in your case, this is a great cooler, quiet and effeciant.

Sadly I don't think that qualifies as low profile Lucio

    Re: Anyone tried this cooler?

found this review on Hexus seems to have been very favourable :-)

    G-Power Pro

Is the Pro version so will have to spend a tiny bit more, but should be worth it.

    Re: Anyone tried this cooler?

Does seem OK in the hexus review but I would scout around for others if that's what you are basing your decision on.

Not seen a bad review for the mini ninja though

have a read, you seem to have your heart set though.

    Re: Anyone tried this cooler?

When you say you need a low profile cooler how low do you need to go? For example in my µATX case I can quite happily fit a full sized Thermalright Ultima 90 with a 120mm fan or a full sized Scythe Ninja.
