Yes if you have the right adapters, i connected my xbox to PC with the yellow video in cable.

image quality is ass, but you can do it fine.

as a bare minimum get a composite or svideo cable for the n64 (it uses the same cables as a gamecube), as running it through the aerial cable it comes with will hurt your eyes

If your video card has composite or svideo in, you can. Also you can use a tv-tuner card and use a normal coaxial cable. What video card do you have?

You can also get a VGA box.

unless you fork out £100+ for an XRGB2+, you're gonna be staring at a white screen with a few blurry lines on it
