what the best graphic card for $200?

I would be looking at something like this

Pretty much you can get any 8800GT you like or the cheapest of the 8800GTS 512MB (the 512mb version is important, not the 320mb or 640mb as they are an older card)

790i seems a bit of a waste unless you are desperate to SLi. I would get a decent P35 based board like the Asus P5K or Abit IP-35.
