Do OEM CPUs come with Thermal Pads?

one thing I forgot was getting some stuff for removing the thermal pad, will I need some of the branded stuff or just isopropynol from the chemist, and do OEM CPUs come with thermal pads?

they don't the thermal paste is always on the stock hsf. you can use isopropyl or branded stuff, whichever is up to you.
