It's best to have an equal amount of matched fans sucking and blowing ( :> ) in and out of the case. In order to get a good steady flow of air, the cfm rating on each fan should be the same - it's not 147% essential, but it does make a difference.

So it'd be good for you to have 2x80mm 38cfm fans sucking air into the case (from the front), and 2x80mm 38cfm fans blowing air out of the back of the case.

If your psu is dual fan, you should also take this into consideration - what cfm rating do the psu fans have, in comparison to the case fans? Perhaps think about changing the psu fans and replacing them with fans identical to the case fans. So, in effect, you would only need 2 fans sucking in, and one fan blowing out, plus the psu fan.

Equal flow, good flow, get wit' da flow... yo.
