    Keyboard

My shift key died yesterday so im currently using a horrid beige keyboard.

I prefer laptop style keyboards however if there is a normal syle one thats slimmer would probs be ok. I would like to have a few multimedia keys and it to be backlit.

I dont want anything huge and cubersome either (eg the G15) Price as cheap as possible really but up to about £30

    Thanks, Biscuit

    Re: Keyboard

Hi Biscuit, I use the Logitech UltraX keyboard. It's very competitively priced, has a beautiful matt silver and black finish, is laptop-styled, low profile and has a very nice tactile feel to the keys. I've had it for a few years now and highly recommend it.

    It costs £13.51 from here:

Buy OEM Logitech Ultra X Premium Keyboardrubbish920-000189 from CCL - Online Retailer of the Year 2007 & 2006 for laptops, desktops and computer hardware

Slightly cheaper on Amazon UK. It looks and feels far more expensive than it is!

    I hope that helps.

Thats the one i used to use but i have decided that backlighting is something i would really like as i often game late at night after i have done work etc. I would also like more media control buttons aswell.

As for saiteks offerings, i am considering it but they dont have that laptop feel to them....

The logitech wave is kinda the opposite to what i was after

    Cheers anyway... any other suggestions?
