    Re: Best wireless pci card

    this is what I use
Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

works with xp, and vista 32 or 64bit straight out of the box.

And in XP if you just install the driver and not the software it works very well. Connects before windows has loaded properly more often than not

    good signal?

also is it any different from dlinks similar price one as i was looking at that aswell.

At moment my house has fairly bad signal due to house being old and thick walls so need a good signal until i sort out some way to increase it.

    Re: Best wireless pci card

I've got two and both get excellent signals and theres a good few walls and a set of stairs between them and the router.

Got a Dlink usb thing with the router, works ok. Singal isn't as good and its a bit slow and flakey. No idea about the PCI cards though.
