Definetely the Asus P5K-E/WIFI-AP.
Not much difference basically.Just a little bit of extra cooling heatsinks.

i have the cheaper out of those boards and it has enough features.
Or would you suggest going for an ABIT IP35 Pro instead ?

I'd go for the P5K-E WIFI-AP.
There's not really that much difference between it and the premium. Only difference being cooling and some raid options.
