Best photo quality inkjet

Whats the best inkjet printer for QUALITY digital camera prints, for around the £100-150 mark? Preferrably with great image quality AND cheap running costs although the former is most important, i was thinking about the canons maybe the i865, has anyone got any suggsetions, anyone got a really good printer? any help much appreciated.
