No difference at all really, the slightly improved timings of the OCZ will make no difference whatsoever, so go for whichever you like the look of best, or whichever has the best RMA service.....

Its great and very very stable. Cheaper and as good if not better than the Corsair aswell (with a lifetime warranty).

nice one! i went and ordered the 4gb OCZ..which is coming tomorrow thought id go with the OCZ simply because of the tighter timings
