Price Check on a few CPUs please

I was wondering how much I might get for some CPUs:

1. A new Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 dual-core, retail box, unopened, unused. Also, how much for just the CPU, as shipping just the chip would save a lot.

2. An Intel Pentium E2140 dual-core (M0 revision), lapped IHS, 420MHz FSB wall, does a guaranteed 100% OC (400x8, 3.2GHz) with 1.4v.
