    Question Memory Confusion

OK, i am in the process of buying componenets for my first computer build system. So far I have a Barton XP2500+ (which i hope to overclock), and an ABIT NF7-S V2.0. The next thing on my list to buy is the RAM, and I'm a little unsure about what I should get. I know that I will really need PC3200 in order to overclock the XP2500+ to it's full potential, and i'm probably gonna go for two sticks of 512MB DDR. So what i really wanna know is does the manufacturer of the memory make a whole lot of difference? Please recommend your ideal buys, taking into consideration both performance and value for money...
    Many thanks.

Weel if you want the best balance between performance and price, try one of these:

    http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?a...rpID=9&cks=PRL

    or two of these:

Aria did have a great deal on 512MB sticks of PC3500 RAM, but it looks like its finished now

I have 2x256mb PC3200 TwinMOS w/winbond, and it runs fairly well. Some people told me that I was better off getting the ships with winbond as opposed to the ones without. Got them from komplett.co.uk.
