http://web6.scan.co.uk/Products/Info.asp?WPID=59490 is about the best your going to get with that moneh... :D
How about one of these CWTs from scan? Everyone seems to think they're the rebadged antec power supplies, and therefore very good, and the 350 Watt version should do fine for a standard system.

EDIT: Once again beaten to it! :)
yeah not bad,
what about q-tech 550w, from £21 from ebuyer, lot of people recommend it, what do you think
You mean Q Tec surely? Q-Tech are the decent ones, Q Tec are the cheap ones. IMHO the bad things I've heard about them outweigh the good things I've heard about them, so I wouldn't. But if you're not after uber power, then it may suit your needs.
well my friend has it his system:
2.4ghz @ 3.1
p4c800 deluxe
5 fans
1gb 3200
I have a Q-Tec in my system now, and its going, it started to make all sorts of funny sounds.......story has it its not a true 550 either.....
My System is
P4 2.4
1GB PC2700
9800XT 256mb
2 x hard drives....
Ok so it coped with that lot, but the noises are enough to have me weighing up either the Hiper Power 520 or the CWT 550.....

PSU's are probably the one thing in the PC that you really shouldn't skimp on, they cause so many problems! Get a decent, reliable, well known make and spend as much as you can on one.
I don't think £25 will get you a very good one, but I may be wrong. There may be some good deals out there. :)
