BFG registration proof of purchase?

I registered my graphics card online, but it said it would send an email to me telling how to show proof of purchase, but it never came...

So does anyone know how I can send proof of purchase to BFG, what does it consist of?

i never got it either m8, its way past my 30days now (got in feb 01) so if i need to claim i will blame them :P.

Exactly the same happened to me yesterday, no email

I logged in on BFGTech this morning though and it gave the email address:

warranty@bfgfixx.com

So I sent it there and got a reply, all good. :)

I just attached the confirmation email of my order and BFG Registration ID etc

Had same, but found the email in junk section !:embarrassed:
