Is the response time on this monitor slow? Could that be making it feel unresponsive?

Upgraded your graphics to a 7300? My goodness what were you using before? That GFX is 2 years out of date and is miles behind some of the cheapest GFX out right now.

Nah LCD TV's have 8ms response as standard and I've been using 8ms response without that problem.
It could be a problem with graphics drivers. These are the latest stable ones, I'm using them and they are working perfectly> GeForce Release 175
While I was using beta drivers from nVidia my PC became pretty slow at times and since using the newer tested drivers its been 100% again.
Is there anything else you have changed in your system like putting 2Gb more memory? Because if your memory was working fine before and its now started to do this after a change the new hardware would more than likely be part of the problem.
If its just your GFX that's new and the new drivers don't work then I would have to think its still the GFX which is to blame.

I'd change the ram (to anything different).
It may not be faulty ram, but motherbaords are often fussy about ram configs.
Either that, or ditch vista :)
