    Prime 95 errors

i always get errors after the 1st minute, my computer rarely crashes at anything else though. what do they mean?

    example: Test 1, 4000 Lucas-Lehmer itterations of M19922945 using 1024K FFT length.
FATAL ERROR: rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4.

that was using the torture test creating max heat n power consump. any help would be appriciated. thanks...

I don’t find Prime in its self to be very stale tbh.

If your just looking for something to push your CPU Toast, Seti or Folding@home will do much the same thing.

Switch to using small FFT's (1st option) - if it still errors it's CPU, if it doesn't then it's RAM related.

If you have over 1 gig of ram there is a known bug that produces errors. Get the newest version to solve this.
