    Enermax Modu82+ in Antec P182

    Anyone else got this combo?

Which way up do you have the PSU? With the fan at the top or bottom? Conventionally I guess it should be facing down but I wonder if cooling would be better if the unit were upside down, ie: fan facing up?

    Any thoughts?

Doesn't the Case instructions give you details on which way round to put it?

I would follow the advice given there as I don't think a fan up against a solid case wall will offer much cooling.

is it so the psu cables come out closer to the motherboard panel side rather than the side panel side and it makes it easier to cable tidy?

That and it felt like the right way to do it. There is enough of a gap (more so than if you have it the other way around afaik) to draw air in and as you say you get the cables on the right side for good cable management.
