I was wondering if you could tell me what the difference between

Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

    and

Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

Is the Pro edition worth the extra £30?

    Thanks

The PRO is £79 on scans today only (until 12pm tomorrow)

    The PRO has

    All Solid Capicitors
    Angeled SATA ports
    CMOS reset switch
Digital Error code read out thing
    eSATA ports
Slightly Better overclocking BIOS I hear.

It's worth it if you want to overclock very drastically otherwise the dark raider is very good. Certainly good for getting a Q6600 to 3.4GHz etc.. if thats what you are planning on doing.

Yeah might as well go for it, if its only £10 more

    I'm trying to get a Q9450 to 3.2 with a Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme

    Reckon it's do-able?

    Cheers

Yes, even on stock volts 3.2GHZ should be fine.

The PRO also has onboard ON and RESET switches

    Re: Motherboards - Advice needed

If overclocking and BIOS tweaking is your thing then a CMOS switch as opposed to jumpers is a must have.
