What fan filters fit in an antec 900?

From what I gather, you have both neons and LEDS on fans. Do they LED's not drown out most of the neon light through the fan? I'm just having a guess here as I don't have neons.

The dust filter's won't have too much effect on the light shining through, especially in low light conditions when it will be most noticeable anyway.

I appreciate your reply - and in answer to it, no, both "lights" provide different "effects", and one doesn't really drown out the other.

I'm pleased to hear you say I'd still get some light... I saw some blue dust filters from a company called AC Ryan that I tried to buy but couldn't find in stock. Not as nice as the BitsPower, but I will keep trying, as they have 80 and 120 mm versions, so they'd "match". (I know - more vanity.)

Not really noticeable, except when it gets dusty it will appear more gray. My room is a bit of a dump by the way so apologies about that. Although you did encourage me to tidy it as much as I could so thanks

Anyway, I have the same filters as you but I can't figure out where to install them. Should I install them by unscrewing the metal panels, slotting it in then screwing the panels back on? Is this how you did it?

If the 900's are still the same then if you open the cages up and take the fan off you'll see where the hole for the screws are theres a extended circle with a hole for the screw thread I think. I placed the filters onto that and then fan ontop then screwed the fan back on.

Filter stays real close to the outergrill so all you need to do is put a brush nozzle on your hoover and suck up all that dust

I tried that but I couldn't get the fan back on lol. I also tried the way I suggested and I couldn't get the mesh panels back on. The mesh in the filters is moulded and because of this they are too wide. I tried flattening the mesh but the best I could get was to have the mesh popping out the other side instead.
Just now, I was looking through a cupboard in the kitchen and found one of those mesh ironing cloths. Looks exactly the right density so I've cut some to size and I'll attach it to my case. There is now a large piece missing from a cloth lol
