What Motherboard To Get? £150 max

Chaps it's time I got rid of my Abit IP35, it's been a love/hate relationship at best, and although I'm currently loving it I need to get rid of it as high PWM temps are limiting my overclock (107c loaded, then crash). And yes I've tried everything bar watercooling to get them down.

So what board should I get?

    1. Budget is limited to £150 max
    2. I watercool so fancy heatpipe solutions on the mosfets maybe an issue
    3. I will be overclocking the t!ts off it. Using a Q6600 for now but maybe an E8400 later
    4. No requirement for dual graphics, I use an 8800GTS 512mb and will be for a long time to come.
    5. Would prefer to stay away from Abit boards

    My own thoughts are:
    DFI LanParty LTX38-T2R or
DFI LanParty DK P35-T2RS (money saved on this board could be put towards E8400) or
Should I wait till P45 boards come on stream?

    Cheers

    J

The Lanparty DK is only 4 phase power on both the P35 and X38 boards, so the LT would be better suited to your 'overclocking the tits off it' needs .

The P45 boards are looking tasty to me, and should be here in about 2 weeks I think, so I'd say wait.
