Nas Suggestions with Replication

I am trying to find a NAS (or two) that can be central storage for Macs and PC's, redundant (500GB R5) and a second one that's a mirror of the 1st and that can be taken off site every night so that the data is stored elsewhere

Total budget is £1000 + VAT

Better using pc hardware as a server, install Linux and add a nightly rsync cronjob. Simple, cheap, reliable.
