    Which 320GB 2.5" drive?

OK, Scan have got the following

    320 GB Fujitsu MHZ2320BH Notebook, 2.5", SATA 300, 5400 rpm, 8MB Cache, 12 ms
    320 GB Samsung HM320JI Spinpoint M60, 2.5", SATA 150, 5400 rpm, 8MB Cache, 12 ms
    320 GB Toshiba MK3252GSX Notebook, 2.5", SATA 300, 5400 rpm, 8MB Cache, 12 ms
    320 GB Western Digital WD3200BEVT Scorpio, 2.5", SATA 300, 5400 rpm, 8MB Cache, 12 ms

But which one should I go for? I don't need it to be fast, just cool quiet and able to be USB bus powered.

There is far more competition in the 2.5" drive market than there was even a year ago. And before that you had either IBM/Hitachi or Tashiba and that was it.

    Thanks muchly

I would be tempted to go with either the Samsung or the WD

And since the WD is cheaper I'd go with that one...

    Re: Which 320GB 2.5" drive?

Is there a compelling reason for 320GB?

The reason I ask is becasue of the hitachi 7k200. All laptop HD question are usually answered with a 7k200.
