    Shuttle Faceplate Question - Stealthing

Okay, here's the deal. I have 2 shuttles: SS40G and SN45G. I've put a picture on the SS40G and I'm currently working on the SN45G. Only thing is that last time when I was stealthing the DVD drive I used spraymount to hold the thing onto the drawer and I was just wondering if there was a less permenant way which would allow me to change the picture?

Here's wot they look like as they are now (The top one is the new one and the picture is only a prototype, I'll do it on photo paper eventually. I also intend to take the silver stripes off)

Any help would be much apreciated, tankoo.

But wudnt that pull the ink off the picture when u change it? Or if u were really carefull and managed to pull it away without affecting the picture, surely the stickyness wud dry out if u ever wanted to stick it back agen?

If you want to replace the picture you use some new tape If you peel it carefully it will not wreck the picture

Well i can but its a lot of hassle to go through, cutting the holes out etc. Just as a thought, how easy is it to see the double sided sticky tape?

Cheers I shall go on the search for sum double sided tape. For now I have created a tempory solution my rolling normal tape over to make it double sided. Still haven't printed the picture off in better quality tho.

Currently trying to get rid of the silver stripe but its taking more scrubbing than I had anticipated And the only really change is that my hands feel like ick and my computer smells like mint. lol.

Not Sure if its the only way but it seems to be the recomended way from what people have said on here.

Also. What do ppl do with the screws when stealthing? Last time I chopped the heads off and super-glued them to the perspex bit. Sure there must be a better way...

Well I've kept going, I actually used a toothbrush for some of it, which did work faster but left the perspex with matt finish kinda bits in places so I stopped doing that. Not totally gone yet but its getting there, just a couple of tricky bits around the buttons left. I have used SOOO much toothpaste!!! lol

Any more news on the screws issue?
