    Quicklaunch...

    Lo,

This is probably one of the weirder threads thats been posted in recent weeks but I've been trying to find away to do something all day and aren't getting anywhere...

I bought a small (10") Monitor which sits beside my keyboard and allows me to launch the apps I use all the time, at the press of a finger.

So now, I am trying to expand the interface so I can use multiple tabs.

The pic below shows what I mean.

    (Green squares = icons...)

So basically, you click the tab you want and it shows relevant icons for that section

Does anyone know how you could create/find something like this as it's driving me crazy!

Thanks for any help anyone can give me,

    FifthFreedom

The only way i could think of doing it would be to write a small application to do what you were wanting, i can't imagine that it would be too difficult if you knew how to code in C# or something similar

What about a locally hosted web page running in a trusted zone? Tabs in CSS and javascript are easy.

    Good point....

I could maybe do it with Firefox....

I'd just have to make several HTML pages with icons and hyperlinks...

That script is awesome thanks man.

Now, I've got something to play with while I wait for the GTX 280.

    Cheers...
