Same drivers?

Have a look at these two motherboards:

If I made a drive image of windows on a system built with one of them, would the same image work on a system built with the other?

They have the same chipset etc, just the first one has more expansion. I have the S2H in a MediaPortal client machine and was intending putting the DS3H in the server box as it has more space for additional tuners and expansion etc.

Would this work? It would save me having two ses of drive images kicking about.

If the chipset is (really) the same, then there shouldn't be any hastle, as yo say the difference between them is small.
