    I don't think its the chips... its the power phase Gigabyte use. I can actually under volt my processor at 3360Mhz :shocked: My friend has the P35-DS4 and reports the same with not needing to adjust voltages with his E2200. Its a very good design allowing lower voltages to be used for higher performance. That's why Gigabyte had that tif with Asus about who has the best power saving technologies and its quiet clear to me Gigabyte have the edge over them.

    One of many reasons I really like Gigabyte

    aha I see, I suppose that confusing bios settings is worth it with that tech on the boards
    I've always gone for the ASUS boards for their bios screens and their layout/design. Not forgetting functionality of course
