I would RMA it to be on the safe side![]()
chevk if wires are getting in the way of the fan
You could try e-mailing or calling them:
General enquiries: info@scan.co.uk
Tel: 0871 - 472 - 4747
Or... go here
if you want to change the ram voltage in bios you gotta set that overclocking thing in the jumperfree section to manual and go change the options yourself.

the buzzing is not the fan because if it is on at the wall and off at the PSU then there is still a buzzing, have sent an email to scan.
do you think it is wise to not use the pc?
you can use the pc. I doubt it will break real soon. But RMA it though. I should really RMA mine but it doesn't buzz all the time. Only when I pull alot of power from it, it does it quietly.
yea, its definetly PSU. if the wall socket is on the PSU buzzes, no matter where the PSU is plugged in or whats pluged into it or whether the PSU or computer is on or off. i have RMAed it and scan are going to pick it up on tuesday when they deliver my CM690
btw whats a can cap?
a "cap" is a shortened way of saying capacitor
