I have a laptop with touch screen/stylus.. can i connect it to PC?

so i have a fujitsu laptop which has touch screen/stylus, and it has a VGA port (for connecting an external monitor)

is there a way i can connect my PC to it for it to be used a a dual screen or something? or a way to take advantage of its touch screen?

at the moment im thinking my best bet it just networking it directly to the PC and make everythign shared...

You can use the monitor easy enough but unless the drivers support use on another PC or the connection is USB, I doubt it.

    You could try Synergy: http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/

You would end up with the two computers running their own OS's, but with one (probably the PC) being able to supply the keyboard and mouse inputs for both - it behaves almost like they're a dual monitor setup. It won't disable the inputs on the tablet, so you could still use it as normal - touchscreen and all.
If you can't keep up, stick with reality...
