    I've never had to use Logitech's support services, but I love their products and it's good to hear their customer service is top-notch in case I ever do have need to use it.

    Have to agree logitech are great when it comes to support, my G15 keyboard was out of warranty and the keys were fading WSAD keys in fact, i think the paint was coming off so the blue backlight was showing through and couldn't see the letter of the keys, anyways long story short they replaced it even though it was out of warranty, Excellent!
