    ATITool can report temps, and much more.

    ATI tray tools can have an overlay in games to show temps and a host of other info.

    May I ask what program you used wzix? I was under the assumption that it couldn't be done with the 4850 at the moment since ATI Tray Tools or Rivantuner doesn't support it from what I'm aware, was it Everest you used? (free one?) Just I'd like to see how hot mine gets on the stock cooler.

    The last version I used did not have an option to show temps within games. Gonna check to see if they've updated it.

    Not to sure mate, I rock dual 22" monitors its never been a problem for me

    In end I found the temp thing on catalsyt, got to a really hectic part of a game, then alt-tabbed to the temp reading which got to 85+
