    HD Partitioning

    Evening all!

I installed Vista 64 onto my new PC last night, as part of this I set up an 80GB partition of my 640GB HD to install Vista onto (as per 'Zak's Partition Theory )

However... when I go into 'My Computer' in Vista, it only shows one hard drive, this being my 80GB partition. How do I get it to register the remaining 560GB as a second hard drive? I'm hoping it's something simple?

Cheers for your help (I look forward to answering a few questions myself one of these days!)

Start - right click "computer" - manage - disk management - format unused space (or something along those lines)

Do I just right-click on the 'unallocated' tab and then 'create simple volume'?

    thanks
