    Case fans

I was thinking of getting a few more case fans for my CM690 case.
Any recommendations? I want something near-silent but with good airflow.
Anyone know if these are any good?

The Xigmatek fan runs at 1800, won't be quiet. Quiet IMO is around 1000 rpm or under.

Chilled PC sell the Yate Loons.

What about those Sharkoon Silent Eagle Golf Ball fans that spin at 1000rpm? They must be quiet?

    Re: Case fans

Personally the stock Coolermaster fans are fine ~1000rpm and push decent air, I don't use them in my CM690 but rather a net PC.

    my CM690

    Exhausts
    Top 2x S-Flex F
    Rear 1x Zalman F3

    Intake
Front 1x Yate Loon Sleeve Low @5V
Side VGA 1x 140mm Yate Loon Sleeve Medium

all fans (except front) are on fan controller 4-12V, i'm usually running all fans on 7-9V and then ramp down for night.

    Re: Case fans

Well I can give you a direct comparason to the stock fans that come with the cm690 and this silverston fan
    http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=615592
the silverstone is quiter however moves less air, looking at the numbers of these two silverstone they seem about the same.

If your after quite fans and don't want to spend £15 a fan they are good
If you want something with a bit more air flow around the same as the stock coolermaster ones then the sharkoon are not bad for the price
