    LCD monitor bracket

    Hay Guys!

I have recently moved my home office and unfortunately have a little less room than I did before so I am looking to mount my secondary monitor to the wall. The only problem is that this monitor is a very old DELL LCD monitor and it doesn't have any fixings on the back to fit the wall bracket like the newer monitors do. I was just wondering if anyone new of a wall mounted bracket arm that doesn't need to use these fixings?

    Thanks for your help

What model monitor is it? You don't neccessarily need fixings as such but you need holes for screws which are there for the purpose of mounting the monitor - look for screw holes in a square pattern 10cm apart

if you have these then you can get many mounting solutions to fit

    Re: LCD monitor bracket

    The model number is E151FP

There are no screw holes in the back of the monitor at all.

    Re: LCD monitor bracket

I dont know if this is of any use but when i fitted my sisters lcd tv to the wall at first we couldnt find how to fit the bracket and then stupid as we were we found the mounting screws were already in place and looked like they were part of the fittings holding the casing together so we had to remove them and refit them through the bracket.

    Just a thought.
