Cooler Advice on Asus P5Q

Hi All

New system purchase is iminent (tomorrow) just need to decide whether it will all fit together, current spec is:

Asus P5Q Deluxe
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Cooler - Scythe Ninja Plus
Corsair 4096MB Memory Kit (2 x 2048MB) PC2-6400 800MHz DDR2 2 x 240 DIMMs 4-4-4-12
Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 512MB
520W Corsair CMPSU-520HXUK
Samsung Spinpoint 1TB Sata

My main concern at the moment is will the Ninja plus fit on the P5Q with the Corsair ram as it has heat spreader teeth on the top. Can anyone confirm this will work or suggest anything more suitable in similar or lower price range ? Hoping for a slight overclock though nothing too hectic, stability is main concern.

Any other comments on components ?

Using the dual channel slots furthest from the ninja will not cause problems, and I'm sure the ninja will fit in as it's fitted every board I've tried :)
