Is this good ram:
4GB (2x2GB) Super Talent Twin DDR2 PC2-6400 (800MHz), 240 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 5-5-5-15
As good as:
4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400 (800), 240 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 5-5-5-18

In theory it should be, but if it's that really cheap looking stuff I would be a bit nervous and probably just buy the corsair lol
It might just be me being a brand whore but i'd choose the Corsair RAM over the other any day
Yeah thats teh stuff I thought. I'm sure it's fine but I'd spend the extra on corsair. It's often on today only for £55 anyway.
out of stock
Any alternative that is just as good?
I think the Super Talent will do just fine, they're a Japanese brand that's not very well known but many of their RAM have received praise. Super Talent is a brand much like Mushkin, Geil and G.Skill; they have hardcore followings. Corsair are simply more well known (maybe for a reason ). It is certainly not unbranded value RAM.

Too expensive plus they are too tall to fit under heatsink! lol
The standard heat spreader xms2 is £56 at the dreaded OCUK but you would need to add delivery.
