    Laptop Assistance!

    Okay I need some assistance for a friend whose looking into purchasing a laptop. What they want is as follows:

    Under £550
    Under 2kg in weight inc. battery
    Screen size no less than 12''
    Must include XP Home/Pro, no Vista or have a clean HDD is also ok.
    Prefferably Pink but not neccesary.

    Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance

    It would be pink, light, fairly powerful.

    If would not be £550 (more like £600 - £650 worth haggling with dell over the phone though)
    Wouldn't have XP either, that is something you would need to do yourself.

    Not pretty.. at all. But rugged and powerful for the money. Still no XP, maybe dell will do something for you over the phone.
