Help Please - TV Input Problems

    Ok,

I've been thinking about this all day and not getting anywhere so I thought I'd see what you guys thought.

My Sony Bravia 32" HDTV has the following inputs:

    3 x HDMI
    1 x Component
    1 x VGA
1 x 3.5mm Jack (For PC audio in)

    Currently:
    All 3 HDMI's are unused.
My Wii is plugged into the Component input
My 360 is plugged into the VGA input with sound going into the 3.5mm jack via a converter.

    My Problem:
I wish to connect my PC to my TV in addition to the other devices - I need Audio and Video in the form of:
    1x VGA from Graphics card
1x 3.5mm audio jack from motherboard

    Note the following facts:
My 360 has either Component or VGA cables.
My Wii looks crappy on SCART so I want to continue using Component for this
You can't use the 3.5mm audio in Jack with any other input besides the VGA in (due to TV's firmware)

Does anyone know how to do this in a cheap way using parts from eBay (UK)?

I'm going to be using the PC to show HD movies so I at least 720p playback and good signal quality.

Thanks for any help with this,
    FifthFreedom.

Wouldn't a simple VGA switch work for video?

You can get them for under £10 delivered from eBay.

For audio, you can get RCA switches for around £4 and use 3.5mm to RCA from your PC to the switch box and 360 to the switch box via RCA, and then use a RCA to 3.5mm to the TV input.

This method would mean manually switching two boxes if you want to switch source though.

I'm assuming your PC does not have a DVI output?

Yeah the switchbox idea is a good one except apparently, most of them don't support higher than SVGA resolutions.

EDIT: Just found something that should be perfect
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Audio-Video-RG...em290246370384

    Should do the job no?

I was hoping there would be a cheaper solution but maybe I'm just being picky ...

From the description, it looks like it would work (although as it from Hong Kong, you may have problems if you need to return it.)
