    P5K or P5Q?

    a mate of mind is building a computer and wants to know which one to go for... I said P5K just because i like that one lol... wot you think?

    Well P5Q is the newer P45 so offers 8x crossfire, PCIe 2.0 and 1600MHz FSB support.. personally I don't see the point in any of that right now and the P5K overclocks better but.. up to him I guess

    I got a P5Q PRO, and so far cant say a bad thing about it, i would go for this one

    Could the Asus naming scheme be any less transparent? It's gotta be one of the reasons why I never buy their boards...
