    i'd rather have a PSU that lasted >5 years + won't take out my whole system rather than one that lasts <5days and does take out my whole system...

    thats the main area of PC building that you don't want to skimp on... skimp on that and you could end up being 100's of &#163;'s out of pocket down the line.....

    i wouldn't even put one in an old rig (mind you... my old rig has a bestec in it )

    they are prolly worse than q-tec... atleast q-tec is practically dead now... although.. i still think powmax is worse...

    Well maybe if you weren't human...
    Anyway yeah they are things I don't like to get cheap I remember having a Hiper Type-R 580W in the past and it wasnt very good though it wasn't cheap either if i remember rightly... oh well maybe its just to know the good brands, I'm not very good with that
