Sorry, my mistake!! This is the one i was asking about:

WD3200AAKS 00B3A0 = single platter
if its not a 00B3A0 then its not... I would be surprised if it is single platter unless you specifically hunted it down (then you would know it was for sure)

Well, OcUK have said all thier ones are the single platter ones. Just hoping the Scan ones are too? Scan?
