Recommend Case and PSU for @ £60

I'm looking to build up some older bits, DFI s939 NF4, Opty 146, 2Gb ram, 160Gb HD, DVD/RW, CD, floppy, TV card and most likely an ATI lower end graphics card, but I need a new case and PSU that will handle it. It's a budget build, but I want a quality PSU to run it and a half decent case. Won't need anymore than a quality 400W (20 something Amps) if that, but I'm struggling to find a decent value for money combo. Don't need a huge case - a midi will do.

Anyone spotted a bargain or have some good experience? Cheers.
